Brent Kim's research tackles food systems challenges from farm to fork, focusing on sustainable diets, industrial food production, agricultural policy, soil safety, urban food systems, and climate change. Since joining the Johns Hopkins Center for a Livable Future in 2008, Brent has utilized his Master’s in Global Disease Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health to thrive in educational settings.
