Benjamin Roseth is a State Modernization Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where he leads analytical work for the Digital Cluster of the Citizen Service Innovation Division, focusing on impact evaluations and both quantitative and qualitative research. Prior to this role, he was a Young Professional at the IDB, working in the Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE). Before joining the IDB, Benjamin served as a strategy consultant at Deloitte and a Junior Associate in the public management unit at the World Bank. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations with a focus on Economic Development from Columbia University, a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Music degree from the New England Conservatory, all in the United States.
