Aurélie Hot

Aurélie Hot serves as Senior Research Advisor at the Université de Montréal and Coordinator of the RENARD Team (Research on Knowledge Transfer), where she has been leading since 2021. After completing her PhD in Anthropology from Université Laval in 2010, she has built an impressive career spanning academic, community, and healthcare sectors. Her professional journey includes roles as a course lecturer, research professional in academia, research coordinator in Quebec's HIV/AIDS community sector, and knowledge mobilization specialist in health and social services. As RENARD Team Coordinator, she focuses on showcasing member expertise and creating unique collaborative learning opportunities. Her contributions include developing and evaluating knowledge translation training programs, including MOOCs that have gained international recognition. Dr. Hot's expertise in knowledge translation, hybrid learning approaches, and advocacy has made her a leading figure in bridging the gap between research and practice
