Dr. Edward has over 20 years of experience researching and teaching the ethics of business, leadership, and work at various universities in the UK and Australia. He has published more than 30 academic journal articles and book chapters on diverse topics, including workforce drug testing, workplace discrimination, research ethics, and leadership ethics.
