Dr. Antonio Lepore serves as Associate Professor of Statistics for Experimental and Technological Research at the University of Naples Federico II's Department of Industrial Engineering. Through his Coursera courses in statistical methods and data analysis, he helps students understand complex industrial process monitoring and data interpretation. His research focuses on statistical techniques for analyzing functional data from high-frequency multisensor systems and monitoring environmental phenomena and polluting emissions. As a faculty member at the Polytechnic School and Basic Sciences, he teaches Statistical Methods for Industrial Process Monitoring in the Master's programs in Mathematical Engineering and Data Science, while also leading the Statistical Learning module for Mechanical Engineering students. His membership in both ENBIS (European Network for Business and Industrial Statistics) and SIS (Italian Statistical Society) reflects his commitment to advancing industrial statistics. His expertise spans statistical process control, data analysis, and environmental monitoring, combining theoretical frameworks with practical applications in industrial settings while maintaining active involvement in both research and teaching.
