Anthony Jones

Anthony Jones is the Learning Experience Design Manager at Pathstream, where he focuses on preparing students for high-demand digital skills careers, particularly through the Salesforce Sales Operations Professional Certificate. With nearly 15 years of experience in education, Anthony recognized the gap in digital skills among students in traditional education settings, which motivated him to join Pathstream. Over the past year and a half, he has collaborated with Salesforce administrators, developers, and subject matter experts to determine the most effective methods for teaching foundational Salesforce skills essential for career advancement. He holds a B.A. in English Literature with a concentration in Creative Writing from UCLA and an M.S. in Education from Fordham University, combining his educational expertise with a commitment to equipping learners for success in the modern economy.
