Annalisa Coliva is Chancellor Professor of Philosophy at the University of California, Irvine, where she holds several leadership roles, including DECADE Mentor (2023–2025), Inclusive Excellence Mentor (2022–2025), and Co-director of the Minor in Medical Humanities. She previously served as Chair of the Department of Philosophy (2017–2022), Inclusive Excellence Professor (2022–2024), Chancellor Fellow (2019–2022), DECADE Mentor for the School of Humanities (2022–2023), and Director of the Graduate Emphasis in Medical Humanities (2022–2023). Coliva is also the editor-in-chief of the Journal for the History of Analytical Philosophy. Her research focuses on epistemology, philosophy of mind, and the history of analytic philosophy, with extensive publications on G. E. Moore and L. Wittgenstein, scepticism, relativism, self-knowledge, perception, concepts, and the first person.
