Anna Richards serves as Senior Manager of Learning Partnerships with Student Enrichment and Employability Development at The University of Queensland, where she has established herself as a leading authority in graduate employability and career development. After beginning her career in international education recruitment in Taiwan and working with job network providers in Sydney, she has built an impressive 15-year career in higher education employability development. As co-developer of EMPLOY101x with Dr. Andrea Reid and an Associate Fellow of AdvanceHE, she has significantly influenced how universities approach student career preparation.
