Ana María Arizti is a licensed professional with a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Anáhuac del Sur and various diplomas in Human Development, Emotional Management, Conflict Resolution, and Assertiveness. Her academic credentials include specializations in Fear Management, Group Therapy Facilitation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Adolescent Therapy, Case Supervision, and Family Constellations. With over fifteen years of experience running AMAAC, a psychotherapy clinic serving adolescents, adults, and couples, she has also taught courses across numerous educational institutions. As a lecturer in NLP at UNAM’s diploma programs, she focuses on Communication and Emotional Management.
