America Rocio Rivera Diaz

América Rocío Rivera Díaz serves as head of scholarships and international mobility in the Graduate Studies Division at UNAM's Faculty of Accounting and Administration (FCA-UNAM). Her academic credentials include a Bachelor's and Master's in Administration from FCA-UNAM, and she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Rights Culture at the Columbia University Center. During her 25-year tenure at FCA-UNAM, she has contributed significantly to both the Research Division and Graduate Studies Division. Through her Coursera course "Colaboración dinámica," she helps students develop leadership and organizational skills. Her teaching experience includes undergraduate courses in Leadership, Management, Basic Administration, Organization and Procedures, and Planning and Control. As a certified evaluator for the National Council for Standardization and Certification of Labor Competencies and external advisor to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, she brings practical expertise to her academic role.
