Amber Bird, MD, is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Anthropology from the University of Michigan and her MD from Drexel University College of Medicine. Following her internship and residency at the University of Chicago, where she served as Chief Resident, she completed the Medical Education Research, Innovation, Teaching, and Scholarship (MERITS) fellowship.
