Alma Eva Moya Bastón is a seasoned coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience in human capital and management. She has developed strategies and initiatives for various organizations aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency to achieve corporate objectives. Her extensive background includes roles as Director of Human Resources and HR Regional Officer for LATAM in multinational companies, where she implemented "lean" methodologies. Holding a degree in Business Administration, she has pursued numerous diplomas and certifications from institutions in Mexico and New York. An active participant in international forums, she conducts workshops focused on building high-performance teams. Currently, she serves as Managing Partner at MÁS Consultoría while also holding a Master's degree in Literature.
