Al Zeitoun

Dr. Al Zeitoun serves as Global Program Management Leader at Siemens Digital Industries Software, where he combines expertise in digital transformation with extensive experience in strategic execution. After completing his PhD in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and studies at the University of Bremen, he has established himself as a thought leader in project management, earning PMI's highest honor as a PMI Fellow in 2019. His career spans multiple leadership roles including Executive Director at Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation, where he managed a $40B energy mission, and Strategic Director at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he developed EPMO advisory services. Through his 12-year tenure at the International Institute for Learning, he transformed organizational cultures and expanded operations from one location to 18+ global offices. His expertise particularly shines in program management and digital transformation, demonstrated through his work with Fortune 500 companies and government entities worldwide. Currently leading global program management practices at Siemens while teaching at the University of Maryland's Project Management Center for Excellence, he continues to advance project management methodologies while holding multiple PMI certifications including PgMP, PMP, and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master. His multilingual capabilities in English, Arabic, and German enhance his ability to execute complex missions across diverse cultures globally.
