International Education Leader and Cross-Cultural Learning Expert

Arizona State UniversityAdam Henry serves as an innovative leader in international higher education, currently working as Associate Director of Engineering Outreach and Recruitment at Arizona State University's Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering since 2022. His career at ASU includes significant roles as Executive Director of Student Success at Thunderbird School of Global Management (2019-2022) and Director of the ASU Global Education Office, where he advanced the university's study abroad vision and implementation. His academic credentials include an Ed.D. in Leadership and Innovation from ASU, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, and a B.A. in International Studies from Grand Canyon University. His expertise spans cross-cultural training, organizational leadership, and international education, supported by extensive international experience including three years living in Chengdu, China, and travel to over 30 countries. His scholarly contributions include his doctoral dissertation on pre-international experience course development and publications on innovation in education abroad, particularly focusing on expanding access through online learning.
