Dr. A. Vianey Barona Núñez serves as a professor at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), combining expertise in internal medicine, critical care, and medical education. Her academic credentials include a Medical Degree from IPN, specializations in Internal Medicine and Critical Care Medicine from UNAM's Faculty of Medicine, and a Master's in Healthcare Systems Administration from UNAM's Faculty of Accounting. Her extensive training in clinical simulation includes certification as a Level 2 Advanced Instructor from EUSim and clinical simulation instruction from Harvard University and Hospital Valdecillas, Spain. She holds multiple American Heart Association certifications including Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support instructor credentials. Through her Coursera course "Simulación en ciencias de la salud," she shares expertise in simulation-based medical education.
