Law of Welfare & Working Conditions focuses on The Factories Act, Shops and Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act, and the Building and Other Construction Workers Act. Law of Industrial Relations covers intellectual property protection, Trade Unions Act, Industrial Employment Act, and Industrial Disputes Act. Law of Wages addresses minimum wages, payment regulations, equal remuneration, and bonus provisions. Social Security Legislations covers employee compensation, state insurance, provident funds, gratuity, and maternity benefits. The New Labour & Industrial Laws module examines the four codes that will transform India's labour regulation landscape.
