Who is the programme for?

Admission to the XLRI Executive Development Programme in Driving Growth is based on a holistic profile evaluation. Applicants are assessed on their academic background, total years of professional work experience, and the quality of their Statement of Purpose. All applicants must meet the eligibility criteria specified by XLRI and TimesPro. There are no open-access seats; every participant is individually reviewed to ensure cohort quality and professional relevance. Once admitted, participants receive an offer letter and are required to pay the programme fee as per the published payment schedule. Access to the learning portal is granted after fee confirmation. On-campus modules are mandatory and attendance is compulsory for all enrolled participants. The dates for on-campus immersions are communicated at least one month in advance, and the module schedule is subject to prevailing conditions at the time.

Tuition Fee
