The program explores leadership essentials, the journey to transformational leadership, competitive advantage through leadership, and insights from Indian leadership experiences. Additional modules address stress resilience, emotional dynamics of people-mastery, motivation, communication challenges, power and influence, political capital, and coaching conversations. The final on-campus component covers developmental networks, leadership development opportunities, experiential learning, well-being promotion, and an Appreciative Inquiry Summit to consolidate learning and plan future growth.

The first on-campus component (3 days) addresses re-imagining multi-tasking, the changing leadership arena, and self-mastery fundamentals. The core virtual curriculum covers mindful leadership practices including attention management, thought and emotion awareness, acceptance, goal-setting, inner critic management, and ego transcendence. Leadership modules include growth mindset development, leadership essentials, transformational leadership journey, competitive advantage through leadership, and Indian leadership insights. The program also covers stress resilience, emotional dynamics, motivation, communication mastery, power and influence, political assessment, behavioral science applications, and coaching skills. Tuition Fee

This comprehensive fee includes tuition for all live and synchronous sessions, books and online learning materials, case studies, class exercises, assessment charges, and exam fees. Additionally, the fee covers boarding and lodging charges at XLRI Campus during both 3-day on-campus immersion sessions. Travel expenses for campus visits are not included. Multiple payment options are available: (1) Full upfront payment of INR 2,95,000 + GST; (2) Initial payment of INR 65,000 + GST with loan/financial assistance for the remaining amount; (3) Installment plan with four payments spread throughout the program duration. Corporate discounts are available for bulk nominations ranging from 5% to 15% based on the number of participants.
