The program culminates with a 2-day on-campus immersion at XLRI's Jamshedpur campus, scheduled towards the end of the program. This component features project presentations and networking opportunities with faculty and fellow participants. The program design requires participants to begin and complete with their cohort within the specified 9-month duration. Class start date is March 17, 2024, with a registration deadline of April 16, 2024.
Tuition Fee
The total program fee for the Executive Development Programme in HR Business Partnering is INR 1,71,000 plus applicable GST. This comprehensive fee includes tuition for all live and synchronous sessions, online learning materials, case studies, class exercises, assessment charges, and boarding and lodging during the 2-day on-campus component.
