For Indian Participants - Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university in any discipline. HR professionals with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of HR. Non-HR professionals should have a minimum of 5 years of overall work experience.

Candidates must meet the academic requirements (graduate degree or diploma from a recognized university) and experience criteria (minimum 2 years in HR or 5 years overall for non-HR professionals). After establishing eligibility, candidates register online at XLRI's portal, complete an application form, and pay the first installment. The selection process involves validation of academic performance and work experience through supporting documents including passport-sized photograph, ID proof, degree certificate or latest marksheet, and work experience declaration. All documentation is verified by Veranda HigherEd and XLRI. If any information is found inadequate or doesn't meet requirements, enrollment may be canceled with potential fee forfeiture. The program follows a structured schedule with live, virtual, instructor-led classes held on Sundays from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm IST, scheduled for a maximum of 4 Sundays per month. This format allows working professionals to pursue the program without significant disruption to their professional responsibilities. The program culminates with a 2-day on-campus immersion at XLRI's Jamshedpur campus, scheduled towards the end of the program. This component features project presentations and networking opportunities with faculty and fellow participants. The program design requires participants to begin and complete with their cohort within the specified 9-month duration. Class start date is March 17, 2024, with a registration deadline of April 16, 2024.
Tuition Fee
The total program fee for the Executive Development Programme in HR Business Partnering is INR 1,71,000 plus applicable GST. This comprehensive fee includes tuition for all live and synchronous sessions, online learning materials, case studies, class exercises, assessment charges, and boarding and lodging during the 2-day on-campus component. The program offers flexible payment options to accommodate different financial situations. Participants can choose to make a full upfront payment, arrange a loan for a portion of the fee after an initial payment of INR 40,000 plus GST, or follow an installment structure.
