Dr. Mitali Chugh is an Assistant Professor (SG) at the Cybernetics Cluster of the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES) in Dehradun, India. She holds a Ph.D. and an M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University (UTU), Dehradun, and has accumulated 22 years of teaching experience.Dr. Chugh's research interests encompass Software Process Improvement, Knowledge Management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL). She has made significant contributions to her field, authoring over 40 research papers and actively participating in conferences both in India and internationally. Notably, she received the Research Excellence Award in 2019 for her outstanding research contributions.
