Dr. Dennis G. Nasco is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management at the University of North Texas (UNT), where he has been teaching since 2020. He holds a PhD in Education with a focus on Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, an MS in Human Resource Management from Purdue University, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida. His research interests include organizational behavior, leadership, and management concepts, and he has experience teaching courses such as Organizational Behavior, Organizational Design and Change, and Leadership. Dr. Nasco's dissertation examined the effects of communication modes on virtual team decision quality. He is actively involved in providing practical learning experiences for students through internships and has contributed to the academic community with various publications and presentations.

Dr. Marilyn K. Wiley is the Dean of the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at the University of North Texas (UNT) and a Professor of Finance. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has held various leadership positions within academic and professional organizations, including past president of the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth and board member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Dr. Wiley's research primarily focuses on information transfer in derivatives markets, with her work published in prominent journals such as the Journal of Finance and the Journal of Futures Markets. She began her academic career at Florida Atlantic University, where she served in multiple roles, including Adams Professor of Finance and Associate Dean. Dr. Wiley holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington, an M.B.A. and an M.S. in Finance from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a Ph.D. in Finance from Texas A&M University. Under her leadership, the college has achieved significant milestones, including record enrollment and the introduction of innovative programs like a Doctorate in Business Administration that ranked in the Top 10 nationally in its first year.
