During her doctoral studies, she actively participated in various conferences and collaborated with CEOs and top management teams from these industries. Harrington teaches undergraduate courses on organizational behavior, covering topics such as management, leadership, and motivation. She is a member of the British Academy of Management and The World Association for Personality Psychology. Her work aligns with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), contributing to global efforts to address pressing societal challenges.
