Topics include tensors, variables and constants, placeholders, the TensorFlow Graph concept, basic functions using both standard syntax and placeholders, Tensorboard visualisation, and the Hello World 2.0 programme. TensorFlow 2.0-specific content covers distributed execution, constants and variables, optimisers, the upgrade tool, and matrix multiplication, concluding with a practical TF1 equation-solving exercise and a Tensorflow Quiz to consolidate learning. The second module, Foundations of Neural Networks, provides the theoretical grounding in neural network architecture, activation functions, and training methodologies that underpin the computer vision work in the final module. The third module, Computer Vision and Image Recognition, brings together all prior learning to cover the core algorithms and techniques used in practical computer vision applications — including image processing, feature extraction, image classification, object detection, and face recognition — using Python, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.
