He has 5+ years of experience in empirical research, academic writing, and data analysis. He has also been a part of several national and international conferences and workshops organized by institutions such as Dublin City University, V. V. Giri National Labour Institute, CRG, Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung, Indian Sociological Association, and many more.
