Semester 3 covers entrepreneurship, production and operations management as a core subject, data science introduction, and Operations and Supply Chain specialisation electives in supply chain strategy, logistics management, and Lean Six Sigma. Semester 4 covers strategic management, research-based learning, and advanced specialisation electives in supply chain analytics, procurement strategy, and operations capstone.

Semester 1 emphasises quantitative techniques and economic analysis to support operations planning and decision-making. Financial accounting and organisational behaviour develop commercial and leadership capabilities. The AI introduction module points toward data-driven operations management. Semester 2 expands into marketing management, corporate finance, and a dedicated technology and analytics module that introduces the business intelligence tools central to modern supply chain analytics. Year 2 begins in Semester 3 with production and operations management as a dedicated core subject, supplemented by entrepreneurship and startup ideation for broader strategic thinking, and a data science introduction that enables quantitative analysis of supply chain data. Specialisation electives in Semester 3 cover supply chain strategy, logistics management, and the Lean Six Sigma methodology that is formally assessed as part of the certification embedded in the programme. Semester 4 is the most strategic semester, combining strategic management, research-based learning, and advanced specialisation electives in supply chain analytics and procurement strategy. Tuition Fee

The total programme fee for Indian national students is Rs 1,50,000 for the full 2-year MBA, structured at Rs 37,500 per semester or Rs 75,000 per year. A one-time registration fee of Rs 500 and an annual examination fee of Rs 3,500 apply in addition to tuition. SAARC-region students pay Rs 1,000 registration and Rs 5,000 annual examination fees. International students are billed in USD: total tuition is USD 2,400 (USD 600 per semester), plus USD 10 registration and USD 60 annual examination fees.
