Term 1: Foundation subjects including Managerial Economics, Business Communication, Legal Environment, Accounting for Managers, and Principles of Management. Term 2: Advanced topics covering Research Methodology, Management Intelligence Systems, Financial Reporting, Materials Management, and Lean Management Systems. Term 3: Specialized subjects including Strategic Management, Organizational Behaviour, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Operations Management along with Project Work. Term 4: Advanced specialization with Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Industrial Relations, World Class Manufacturing, and two elective subjects. The program concludes with a comprehensive project work component.
