Semester 1 focuses on foundational management concepts including Managerial Economics, Business Communication, Legal and Business Environment, Accounting for Managers, and Principles of Management. Semester 2 introduces specialized topics like Research Methodology, Management Intelligence Systems, Warehouse Management, and Introduction to Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Semester 3 covers Strategic Management, Organizational Behaviour, Emerging Trends in SCM, Port and Airport Management, and Inventory Management along with Project Work. The final semester includes Supply Chain Analytics, Supply Chain Integration, International Logistics Management, and two elective courses.
