The curriculum covers foundational business management, legal aspects, strategic management, and management information systems in the first semester. The second semester focuses on specialized subjects including research methodology, strategic cost management, security analysis, portfolio management, corporate finance, financial markets and services, and financial analytics.

Term 1 covers Foundations of Business Management, Legal Aspects of Business, Strategic Management, Management Information System, Business Analytics, and Project Management with 4 credits each. Term 2 includes Research Methodology and Management Decision, Strategic Cost Management, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, Corporate Finance, Financial Markets and Services, and Financial Analytics with 4 credits each. Term 3 involves Desk Research (2 credits) and Project Work (4 credits).
