Core subjects include managerial economics, operations management, lean management systems, world-class manufacturing, production planning and control, and emerging trends in supply chain management and logistics.

Semester 1 covers foundational subjects including Managerial Economics, Business Communication, Legal and Business Environment, Accounting for Managers, and Principles of Management. Semester 2 focuses on Research Methodology, Management Intelligence Systems, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Operations Management, and Lean Management Systems. Semester 3 includes Strategic Management, Organizational Behaviour, World Class Manufacturing, Operations Research, and Production Planning and Control along with Project Work. Semester 4 covers Emerging Trends in SCM and Logistics, Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, plus two electives from Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Organizational Strategy, or Leading People and Organization. The program concludes with comprehensive project work and desk research components.

Tuition Fee
The PGDM program fee is ₹96,000, which can be reduced to ₹90,000 with a lumpsum payment discount of ₹6,000. Students can choose between a three-installment plan (₹26,000 + ₹35,000 + ₹35,000) or make a one-time payment to avail the discount, with additional exam and project evaluation fees applicable separately.
