The curriculum is structured across two phases. The IIM Udaipur phase covers Leadership, People Performance and Communication; Marketing Management and Sales; Accounting and Finance; Business Strategy and Economics; Data-Based Decision Making; Operations and Supply Chain Management; and three dedicated AI-focused modules covering building with AI, generative AI for business leaders, and AI leadership, ethics and responsible transformation. The Liverpool Business School phase allows learners to choose one specialisation from Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Leadership, Human Resource Management, or Operations and Supply Chain Management, followed by an applied research thesis. Learning is reinforced through more than six industry-style projects covering business strategy, communication, human resource planning, data-driven decision making, supply chain forecasting, and market research, giving learners practical exposure alongside the core coursework.

The IIM Udaipur phase opens with a module on leadership, people performance and communication, covering business communication, decision-making biases and strategic leadership, followed by a marketing management and sales module addressing positioning, integrated marketing communication and marketing analytics. An accounting and finance module builds skills in financial statement analysis, valuation and forecasting, while a business strategy and economics module covers competitive strategy, managerial economics and analytical frameworks such as PESTLE and Porter's Five Forces. A data-based decision making module introduces statistical analysis, regression and time-series forecasting using tools such as R, Python and SQL, and an operations and supply chain module covers process design, inventory management and logistics. The phase closes with three applied AI modules covering the fundamentals of AI and generative AI, practical business applications and prompt engineering, and AI leadership, ethics and responsible transformation. In the Liverpool Business School phase, learners choose one specialisation to deepen expertise in an area such as business analytics, finance, marketing, leadership, human resource management, or operations and supply chain management, before applying their learning to an independent research thesis that addresses a real business problem in their chosen domain.

The Base Programme is priced at Rs 5,10,000 inclusive of taxes, starting at Rs 11,500 per month, and includes double alumni status, live sessions from IIM Udaipur and Liverpool Business School, and learning from industry experts. The With Immersion option is priced at Rs 7,60,000 inclusive of taxes, starting at Rs 17,250 per month, and adds a 6-day UK immersion with stay and breakfast included, faculty sessions, masterclasses, leadership workshops, career development sessions, and a city tour. A seat confirmation amount of Rs 25,000 is payable upon receiving the offer letter and is adjusted against the total programme fee. No-cost EMI is available on credit cards issued by major Indian banks, with a minimum transaction amount required to qualify for the 0% EMI option and no processing fees or down payment charged for EMI transactions. One bank offers a fixed-tenure EMI option rather than the standard no-cost structure. International credit cards are not eligible for the 0% EMI option directly, though payments made through them can be converted to EMI under the applicable bank's own terms. Refund requests are accepted only before the relevant cohort begins and are subject to a processing fee, after which no refunds are issued.
