Module 4 examines Hybrid Methodology via a smartphone development project, demonstrating how to integrate agile and predictive workflows, manage dependencies, and balance different governance approaches. Module 5 covers Lean Six Sigma using Toyota Kirloskar's manufacturing implementation, teaching DMAIC methodology, value stream mapping, root cause analysis tools, and process improvement techniques.
