Curriculum

The curriculum spans 7 modules covering AI foundations, machine learning algorithms, deep learning and NLP, generative AI and large language models, AI agents and agentic frameworks, capstone preparation with specializations, and final capstone project. Students gain expertise in tools like AutoGen, CrewAI, GPT-4, Hugging Face, LangGraph, and LangChain while working on real-world applications across healthcare, manufacturing, and other industries.

Module 1 covers Foundations of AI and ML including introduction to AI/ML, data pre-processing, and workflow. Module 2 focuses on Machine Learning Algorithms including supervised and unsupervised learning methods. Module 3 explores Deep Learning and NLP covering ANN, RNN, and LSTM. Module 4 delves into Generative AI and Large Language Models including transformers, LLM training, RAG essentials, and generative models. Module 5 examines AI Agents and Agentic Frameworks with hands-on building experience. Module 6 prepares for specializations across various engineering domains. Module 7 culminates in a comprehensive capstone project.

A distinguished academic and leading researcher in Bioinorganic and Organometallic Chemistry, currently serving as the Coordinator of the Continuing Education Centre (CEC) at IIT Roorkee. A Professor (HAG) in the Department of Chemistry and Joint Faculty in the Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering, he has been driving interdisciplinary research that connects fundamental science with real-world applications. With expertise spanning bioinorganic chemistry, catalysis, and protein aggregation, Prof. Ghosh has authored 130+ research papers, contributed to multiple book chapters, and led numerous funded research projects. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC) and has been honored with prestigious awards, including the DST-SERC Fast Track Award for Young Scientists and the ICMR International Fellowship.
