Curriculum

The curriculum is structured across four semesters building from foundations to specialization. Semester 1 covers CMOS Digital Integrated Circuits, Advanced Digital System Design, Solid State Devices, VLSI Technology with practical labs. Semester 2 includes Analog Integrated Circuit Design, ASIC Design Flow, minor projects and electives. Semesters 3 and 4 focus on advanced electives, research dissertation, and specialization areas including Low Power Circuits, AI and VLSI applications, Automotive Electronics, and IoT Systems.
