Who is the programme for?
Candidates are evaluated on academic profile, professional work experience, and a statement of purpose. Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend an interview. Upon selection, participants receive an offer letter, complete onboarding formalities, and begin the programme. Academically, the programme is split into two six-month phases. Phase 1 builds shared C-suite foundations across strategy, innovation, and digital transformation. In Month 6, participants choose a specialisation track — COO, CBO, or CFO — and pursue advanced functional leadership training in Phase 2.

The 12-month curriculum is structured in two phases. Phase 1 — C-Suite Essentials: Strategy, Innovation, and Influence — covers the foundational competencies shared by all CXO roles including strategic leadership, digital transformation, and cross-functional influence. Phase 2 offers three CXO-Specific Functional Tracks: COO (operations strategy and organisational scaling), CBO (business growth and revenue strategy), and CFO (advanced financial strategy and capital allocation). The curriculum is delivered through live online sessions and supported by campus and global immersions.

Phase 1 of the programme focuses on C-Suite Essentials applicable to all participants regardless of their eventual specialisation. This phase covers strategic leadership frameworks, innovation and design thinking, digital transformation strategies, and cross-functional influence skills. The goal is to give every participant a shared enterprise-wide vocabulary before diverging into their chosen CXO path. Phase 2 is divided into three tracks. The COO track covers operational excellence, process design, and organisational scaling for professionals targeting Chief Operating Officer roles. The CBO track centres on business development, market expansion, revenue growth, and stakeholder management for aspiring Chief Business Officers. The CFO track provides deep training in advanced financial strategy, capital allocation, risk management, and strategic financial leadership for those targeting Chief Financial Officer roles.
