Who is the programme for?
Admission to the MBA with AI for Working Professionals at IIM Sirmaur follows a structured two-stage process. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks (55% for General Category) and have at least 2 years of professional work experience. Applicants submit their application on the Futurense platform and pay a registration fee of ₹10,000. Shortlisted candidates are invited to take the IIM Sirmaur pre-screening test, an online MCQ-based aptitude assessment of 60 minutes covering Math Foundation, Data Interpretation, Business and AI Awareness, and Logical Reasoning. A minimum score of 50% is required to qualify. Alternatively, a valid CAT, GMAT, XAT, GATE, or GRE score is also accepted. Qualified candidates then attend an online video interview conducted by IIM Sirmaur faculty. Final selection is based on overall profile, test performance, and interview assessment.

The MBA with AI curriculum is structured across 6 trimesters spanning 24 months. Trimesters 1 to 3 build the management and AI foundation: Business Statistics for Managers, Organizational Behaviour, Financial Reporting and Management Accounting, Marketing Management, Managerial Economics, Operations Management, Artificial Intelligence for Business, Strategic Management, Leadership and Negotiation in the Age of AI, and an AI Lab covering Prompt Engineering, Vibe Coding, and Low Code Models.\n\nTrimesters 4 to 6 transition into deep specialization across five tracks: AI-Powered Finance and Fintech, Marketing and Growth with AI, AI in Operations and Supply Chain Management, AI-Enabled Tourism Management, and Business Transformation with Agentic AI. Common modules across all specializations in Trimesters 4–5 include Decision Making and Dashboards, AI and Agentic AI Applications for Business, Data Privacy and Governance, and Transformation with AI Agents. Each specialization track concludes with a Capstone Project in Trimester 6.

Trimester 2 includes Managerial Economics and Macroeconomic Environment, Action Lab on System Thinking, Operations Management and Logistics, and Artificial Intelligence for Business. Trimester 3 addresses Designing Work Organizations, the AI Lab on Prompt Engineering and Vibe Coding, Strategic Management, and Leadership and Negotiation in the Age of AI. From Trimester 4 onwards, students follow their chosen specialization. The Finance and Fintech track covers Fintech for Banking, Financial Statement Analysis, Investment Management, Corporate Valuations, and Financial Derivatives. The Marketing track covers Sales and Distribution Management, AI-Driven Social Media Marketing, Product Management, Marketing Automation, and Customer Behavior and CRM. Tuition Fee
The total program fee is ₹8,00,000, structured on a yearly basis. Year 1 fee is ₹4,00,000 payable in two instalments of ₹2,00,000 each. Year 2 fee is similarly ₹4,00,000 in two instalments. Additionally, an application registration fee of ₹10,000 is payable directly to Futurense at the time of application (separate from program fees). A campus immersion fee of approximately ₹10,000 per immersion is payable directly to IIM Sirmaur and covers accommodation and meals. The ₹10,000 registration fee is refundable only if the candidate is not selected; no refund is available after selection. Loan and EMI options are available through NBFC partners including Propelld, Avanse, and Northern ARC. Payment modes accepted include UPI, Netbanking, and Credit/Debit Cards.

The AI Clinic is a distinctive hands-on component where students work on live enterprise AI projects from ideation to deployment, using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion AI, LangChain, and Power BI. Students are guided by IIM faculty and Futurense Leadership Council mentors. A 2-week Bridge Course in AI Fundamentals, Prompt Engineering, No-Code Automation, and Systems Thinking (worth ₹29,000) is included free with enrollment to help students hit the ground running.
