A minimum 75% attendance is required for completion, with evaluation based on online exams, case analysis, class participation, and assignments determined by faculty.

Curriculum

The curriculum is structured around key leadership dimensions, beginning with foundational concepts and progressing to specialized leadership applications. Modules include Understanding Leadership (leadership theories, decision-making under uncertainty, crisis management); Leadership Skills (power and influence, conflict management, change management); Leadership Value System (ethics, corporate governance, sustainability); Leadership and Business Communication; and Leadership and Organization (team building, motivation, organizational culture, diversity management). Leadership Value System examines ethics, governance, and sustainability considerations. Leadership and Business Communication enhances personal credibility and influence. Leadership and Organization addresses culture building, team development, motivation, and diversity management. Tuition Fee
