The second module, Functional Module I, addresses Financial Statement Analysis II, Marketing Management I, Micro and Macroeconomics, Operational Management, and Managerial Decision Making I. Functional Module II continues with Managerial Decision Making II, Conflict and Negotiation, Financial Decisions, and Leadership within Organizations. The fourth module, Functional Module III, covers Supply Chain Management, Financial Budgeting, Strategic HRM & High-Performance Work Culture, and Marketing Management II. The Digital Module addresses Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy for Business, Digital Transformation, and Emerging Technologies & Use Cases. Tuition Fee
The total program fee for the Executive Certificate Programme in Senior Management is INR 3,00,000 plus applicable GST, covering tuition for all live and synchronous sessions, online learning materials, case studies, class exercises, assessment charges, and boarding and lodging during the two 3-day on-campus immersion sessions at IIM Raipur. Participants can pay the full amount upfront, opt for a loan after an initial down payment of INR 50,000 plus GST, or follow an installment plan of five payments: INR 50,000 plus GST at registration, INR 40,000 plus GST, INR 70,000 plus GST, INR 70,000 plus GST, and INR 70,000 plus GST. Accommodation is included, while travel expenses to and from IIM Raipur are the participant’s responsibility. Financial assistance is available through Veranda HigherEd’s partner institutions, and corporate discounts ranging from 5% to 15% apply for bulk nominations.

These interactive sessions are complemented by two 3-day on-campus immersion modules at IIM Raipur, occurring at the commencement of the second term and at the program's culmination. This hybrid approach ensures participants benefit from the convenience of remote learning while still experiencing the prestigious campus environment, connecting with faculty, and networking with fellow professionals. The curriculum balances theoretical knowledge with practical application across six comprehensive modules covering topics from personal leadership to digital transformation. The learning methodology includes lectures, case studies, group discussions, and interactive sessions designed to be highly engaging and participative. For flexibility, recordings of live sessions are made available within 24 hours of each class and can be accessed throughout the program duration. However, attendance credit is only given for participation in live sessions, with attendance requirements needing to be met for successful completion.
