Module 3 explores Digital Transformation in Leadership - Issues and Challenges, including Crisis Communication and Persuasion in Digital Era, Technology Driven Business Model Innovations, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence, and Leveraging Technology for Internal Transformations. The program culminates with an Integrative Project for practical application of learning. Additionally, participants attend two campus modules of 3 days each - the first at IIM Lucknow's Noida campus between the 1st and 2nd months, and the second at the Lucknow campus towards the end of the program.

The Advanced Program in Leadership in the Digital Era spans 10 months, with live virtual classes conducted every Sunday from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm IST. The program structure includes two mandatory on-campus modules of 3 days each - the first at IIM Lucknow's Noida campus (scheduled between the 1st and 2nd months of the program start) and the second at the Lucknow campus (towards the end of the program). Participants are expected to complete the program within the specified duration alongside their cohort. The schedule is designed to accommodate working professionals, with weekly sessions allowing for balancing professional responsibilities while undertaking the educational program.
Tuition Fee
The total fee for the Advanced Program in Leadership in the Digital Era is INR 3,23,500 plus applicable GST. For international participants, the program fee is USD 5,400. The fee is comprehensive, covering application costs, tuition for all live sessions, learning materials, case studies, class exercises, assessment charges, one-time Executive Alumni status registration, and boarding and lodging during the on-campus components. However, travel expenses to attend the campus sessions are not included and must be borne by participants. The program offers flexible payment options: Option 1 allows for full upfront payment; Option 2 requires an initial payment of INR 60,000 plus GST with the remaining amount available through loan arrangements; Option 3 offers an installment structure with five payments spread throughout the program duration. The installment schedule includes INR 60,000 plus GST at registration, INR 60,000 plus GST on July 5, 2024, INR 70,000 plus GST on October 10, 2024, INR 70,000 plus GST on December 25, 2024, and INR 63,500 plus GST on March 25, 2025.
