Module 3 explores Digital Transformation in Leadership - Issues and Challenges, including Crisis Communication and Persuasion in Digital Era, Technology Driven Business Model Innovations, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence, and Leveraging Technology for Internal Transformations. The program culminates with an Integrative Project for practical application of learning. Additionally, participants attend two campus modules of 3 days each - the first at IIM Lucknow's Noida campus between the 1st and 2nd months, and the second at the Lucknow campus towards the end of the program.

Module 2: Essential Skills and Competencies emphasizes developing key managerial and analytical skills with topics including New Technologies and their Impact on Operations and Supply Chain, the Role of Agile in Digital Transformation, Predictive Analytics, Management of Change, HR Analytics, Strategies for Platform Businesses, and Creativity and Innovation for Leaders. Tuition Fee
The total fee for the Advanced Program in Leadership in the Digital Era is INR 3,23,500 plus applicable GST, while for international participants, the program fee is USD 5,400. The fee is comprehensive, covering application costs, tuition for all live sessions, learning materials, case studies, class exercises, assessment charges, one-time Executive Alumni status registration, and boarding and lodging during the on-campus components. However, travel expenses to attend the campus sessions are not included and must be borne by participants. The program offers flexible payment options, including full upfront payment, an option with an initial payment of INR 60,000 plus GST followed by loan arrangements for the remaining amount, or an installment plan consisting of five payments—INR 60,000 plus GST due at registration, followed by four subsequent payments of INR 60,000 plus GST, INR 70,000 plus GST, INR 70,000 plus GST, and INR 63,500 plus GST.
