Minimum Eligibility

  • Graduates (10+2+3) or Diploma Holders (10+2+3) from a recognized university in any discipline.

  • Minimum of 10 years overall experience in Human Resource function or at least 7 years of work experience in HR Leadership roles.

  • Diploma Holders (10+3) will be considered on a case-to-case basis with minimum 15 Years of work experience.

The curriculum is structured into four modules covering strategic HR competencies. Module 1 focuses on HR and Organization alignment, regulatory compliance, and analytics. Module 2 covers core HR strategies including talent management, compensation, and performance systems. Module 3 addresses leadership development, succession planning, and change management. Module 4 explores HR's role in critical initiatives like mergers, business expansion, and crisis management.

Module 1 covers HRM alignment to Organizational Objectives, HR Strategy from Business Goals, HR as Business Partner, Compliance to Regulatory Framework, and HR Analytics for Decision Making. Module 2 focuses on Talent Planning and Acquisition, Talent Management, Competency Development, Retention and Motivation, Compensation & Benefits, and Strategic Performance Management. Module 3 addresses Career Paths, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Transformations and Change Management, Conflict Management, and Leading Self and Others. Module 4 explores HRM in Critical initiatives including Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Growth, Multi-Cultural Assimilations, Takeovers, Layoffs, and Crisis Management.

Programme Length

The programme extends over a duration of approximately 12 months with live classes.

Tuition Fee

The total programme fee is INR 4,00,000 plus GST (INR 72,000), totaling INR 4,72,000. This fee includes tuition, learning materials, case studies, class exercises, assessment charges, and boarding/lodging during the in-campus immersion on a twin sharing basis.
