The curriculum is organized into three major sections: Mastery in Marketing, Mastery in Analytics, and Mastery in Sales. The Marketing section covers strategic foundations, consumer behavior insights, retailing principles, product management, brand building, digital marketing, B2B strategies, and marketing communications. The Analytics portion focuses on data collection, customer and product analytics, web analytics, sales analytics, market research, marketing mix modeling, and data visualization. The Sales section addresses fundamentals of sales management, CRM, advanced selling techniques, digital sales, B2B strategies, team management, and global sales approaches.

There are 4 semesters in this course

Section 1: Mastery in Marketing covers marketing strategy foundations, consumer behavior insights, retailing principles, product management, brand management techniques, digital marketing strategies, B2B marketing, and marketing communication planning. Section 2: Mastery in Analytics includes introduction to marketing analytics, data collection and management, customer and product analytics, web and digital analytics, sales analytics, market research and competitive analysis, marketing mix modeling, and data visualization and reporting. Section 3: Mastery in Sales focuses on fundamentals of sales management, customer relationship management, sales techniques and skills, digital sales and e-commerce, B2B sales, sales team management and leadership, and global sales strategies.

His main research interests include brand management, services marketing, online marketing & advertising. His publications have appeared in the leading journals of marketing, such as the European Journal of Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management, Computers in Human Behavior, Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing, Marketing Intelligence and Planning, and many more.

Prof. M Geetha is a Professor in Marketing Management area at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. She obtained her PhD in Marketing from Indian Institute of Technology Madras. Her research and teaching interests include Consumer Behavior, Retailing and Branding. She has published in major international journals like the European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Tourism Management, etc.

Tuition Fee

Total Programme Fees: INR 2,45,000/- + GST. For international participants: USD 4,800. The fee includes application processing, tuition for all live sessions, learning materials, case studies, class exercises, assessment charges, and boarding/lodging during the 2-day campus immersion. Payment options include full upfront payment, loan option (INR 50,000 + GST initial payment with loan for remaining amount), or 5 installments spread throughout the program duration.

The program features live and synchronous instructor-led classes from IIM Kozhikode faculty, scheduled conveniently on Saturdays for working professionals. Learning is practice-based through case studies, exercises, and activities.
