The program begins with Strategic HR Leadership in the Digital Age, exploring digital transformation's impact on HR practices. Subsequent modules cover Building Agile HR Teams, Strategic Workforce Planning, Leading Culture and Managing Change, Employee Experience, Labor Laws and Ethics, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR Analytics, Strategic HR Business Partnering, and concludes with a Capstone Project. The IIMI Post Graduate Certificate Programme for Emerging CHROs is a comprehensive learning journey designed to develop strategic HR leadership capabilities. The program spans several months, allowing professionals to continue working while advancing their skills. It features flexible online learning complemented by a 3-day on-campus module at IIM Indore. This blend of virtual and in-person learning ensures participants can engage deeply with the material while maintaining their professional commitments. The program culminates in a Capstone Project that allows participants to apply their learning to real-world challenges.

Tuition Fee

The total program fee is INR 3,82,000 + GST. This is payable in four installments: Installment 1 of INR 95,000 + GST due at the time of admission, followed by three additional installments of INR 95,000 + GST each, and a final installment of INR 87,000 + GST. An application fee of INR 3,000 + GST and a commitment fee of INR 10,000 + GST are also required. All fees are non-refundable. Loan assistance is available from financial institutions for pursuing this program. Participants can connect with Program Advisors for assistance with availing loans.

Dr. Ranjeet Nambudiri, a Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at IIM Indore, has helped various key roles, including Dean (Administration) and Dean (Programmes). With over 25 years of industry and academic experience, he completed his Doctoral Programme at IIM Ahmedabad. Dr. Ranjeet’s expertise lies in high-performance work systems, change management, and organizational restructuring. Dr. Prakriti Soral is a faculty member in the area of Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Indore. She has her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. She teaches doctoral, graduate, and executive courses. Her teaching interests include Human Resource Management and Crisis Management. Her research interests include occupational stigma, identity work, coping, performance management, and knowledge hiding. She has published in several international journals of repute. Her doctoral thesis was shortlisted for the Relevant and Responsible Research Award at the European Academy of Management (EURAM) doctoral conference, held in Winterthur, Switzerland.
