Dr. Ranjeet’s expertise lies in high-performance work systems, change management, and organizational restructuring. His consulting interests include leadership theory, diversity and inclusion, and firm performance.

Dr. Prakriti Soral is a faculty member in the area of Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Indore. She has her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. She teaches doctoral, graduate, and executive courses. Her teaching interests include Human Resource Management and Crisis Management. Her research interests include occupational stigma, identity work, coping, performance management, and knowledge hiding. She has published in several international journals of repute. The total program fee is INR 3,82,000 + GST. This is payable in four installments: Installment 1 of INR 95,000 + GST due at the time of admission, followed by three additional installments of INR 95,000 + GST each, and a final installment of INR 87,000 + GST. An application fee of INR 3,000 + GST and a commitment fee of INR 10,000 + GST are also required. All fees are non-refundable.
