Programme Length

The programme duration is 12 months with weekly live sessions conducted every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:15 PM IST. The programme includes 5 days of on-campus modules spread across two phases.

Tuition Fee

The total programme fee is INR 3,85,000 + GST, which includes application fee, programme fee, and campus module charges. The payment structure is divided into installments: Application Fee of INR 10,000 + GST, followed by four installments of the programme fee - INR 1,00,000 + GST (at the time of admission), INR 1,00,000 + GST (within 3 months), INR 91,000 + GST (within 6 months), and INR 84,000 + GST (within 9 months). Additional GST (currently at 18%) is applicable on all amounts. Any changes in government taxes during the programme must be borne by participants. All fees, including the application fee, are non-refundable. Payments should be made to Unified Collaboration Services LLP. Loan assistance is available through financial institutions, and programme advisors can be contacted for guidance.

Professor in Organizational Behavior

Dr. Ranjeet Nambudiri, a Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at IIM Indore, has helped various key roles, including Dean (Administration) and Dean (Programmes). With over 25 years of industry and academic experience, he completed his Doctoral Programme at IIM Ahmedabad. Recognized globally, he was nominated for the EIU Business Professor of the Year Award 2012 and received the “Best Teacher” award at IIM Indore in 2013. His co-authored paper earned the Outstanding Research Paper award at the Emerald Literati 2023 awards. Dr. Ranjeet’s expertise lies in high-performance work systems, change management, and organizational restructuring. His consulting interests include leadership theory, diversity and inclusion, and firm performance.

Professor in Organizational Behavior

Dr. Prakriti Soral is a faculty member in the area of Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management at the Indian Institute of Management Indore. She has her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode. She teaches doctoral, graduate, and executive courses. Her teaching interests include Human Resource Management and Crisis Management. Her research interests include occupational stigma, identity work, coping, performance management, and knowledge hiding. She has published in several international journals of repute. Her doctoral thesis was shortlisted for the Relevant and Responsible Research Award at the European Academy of Management (EURAM) doctoral conference, held in Winterthur, Switzerland.
