The 12-month program is designed for working professionals, with classes scheduled on weekends. It includes two 3-day campus immersions and regular online sessions.

Tuition Fee

The IIM Calcutta Leadership Programme for Women Executives has a total program fee of ₹4,30,000 exclusive of GST, with additional bank charges of ₹5,000 included in the first installment. The program is structured with flexible payment options to support women professionals in their leadership development journey. An application fee of ₹2,500 is required at the time of application. The main program fee is divided into four convenient installments: ₹1,15,000 plus ₹5,000 bank charges in the first installment due within one week of offer acceptance, followed by three payments of ₹1,10,000, ₹1,05,000, and ₹1,00,000 spread across the program duration. The program offers attractive financing options through multiple education loan partners including IDFC First Bank, Varthana, Avanse, and Gray Quest, with EMI options starting from ₹12,051 subject to meeting eligibility criteria set by financial institutions. All fees are exclusive of applicable GST, and any changes in tax rates during the program period will be borne by participants. The program maintains a strict refund policy where the processing fee is non-refundable if candidates reject the institute's offer or if applications are rejected due to incomplete documentation or failure to meet eligibility criteria.
