Who is the programme for?
Candidates apply online through the TimesPro platform and are shortlisted based on an aptitude test. Shortlisted candidates proceed to an interview with IDFC FIRST Bank, after which a provisional offer letter is issued. Selected candidates then complete the 90-day training programme comprising 2 months of in-person classroom training and 30 days of on-the-job training, followed by evaluation. Upon successful completion, candidates are formally onboarded as Associate Manager - Acquisition (Household) at IDFC FIRST Bank. A registration fee of Rs 500 is applicable after clearing the aptitude test, which is refundable if the candidate attends both interview rounds.

Programme Length
The programme runs for a total of 90 days. This comprises 2 months of in-person classroom training followed by 30 days of on-the-job training. Classes run Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day.
Tuition Fee
The total programme fee is Rs 75,000 plus GST at the prevailing rate, bringing the total payable amount to Rs 88,500 inclusive of taxes. The fee is payable in instalments as follows: an application fee of Rs 5,000 (Rs 5,900 with taxes) is due at the time of application; the first instalment of Rs 20,000 (Rs 23,600 with taxes) is due before the batch starts; the second instalment of Rs 25,000 (Rs 29,500 with taxes) is due within 20 days of the batch start date; and the third instalment of Rs 25,000 (Rs 29,500 with taxes) is due within 40 days of the batch start date. Candidates who pay the full programme fee before the batch starts are eligible for a 5% early payment discount. A registration fee of Rs 500 is applicable after clearing the aptitude test. This fee is refundable if the candidate attends both interviews. All payments are processed through TimesPro. Candidates are eligible for a full programme fee refund after 1 year of successful employment at IDFC FIRST Bank.
