His doctoral research focused on wage disparities and labor market outcomes between African American and white male workers in the United States.With over ten years of experience in teaching economics and statistics, Prof. Mondal has held various academic positions, including Professor of Economics at NMIMS from March 2017 to July 2020 and Associate Professor of General Management at Alliance Business School from February 2011 to February 2017. He has also been involved as a visiting faculty member in the Department of Humanities & Social Science at NIT Warangal and is a member of the Board of Studies at the Central University of Hyderabad.
