The MBA in Manufacturing Management curriculum is structured across four semesters, providing a comprehensive education in all aspects of manufacturing and operations management. The first semester builds a strong foundation with courses in Financial and Management Accounting, Managerial Economics, Quantitative Methods, and Managing People & Organizations. The second semester advances knowledge with Marketing, Financial Management, Product Design and Development, and Operations Management. The third semester focuses on specialized manufacturing skills through Total Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Strategic Management and Business Policy.
