BITS Pilani's Work Integrated Learning Programmes are approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). Working professionals can attend live-lectures from anywhere over an online technology-enabled platform, mostly on weekends or after business hours. The programme positions professionals beyond narrow technology domains, enabling them to gain an overall perspective to address the interdisciplinary field of engineering. The curriculum provides a blend of foundational sciences, core technologies, and execution management to develop rounded professional competence. Students engage in practical applications through experiential learning consisting of lab exercises, assignments, case studies, and work-integrated activities. The Project Work in the final semester enables students to apply concepts and techniques learned during the programme.
