Dr. Bhushan has authored 40 articles and contributed to 14 book chapters, including a notable chapter titled “Big Data and Predictive Analytics: A Facilitator of Talent Analytics and Progressive Human Capital Management,” published in the book Data Science Landscape by Dr. Usha Munshi through Springer.In her career, she has developed MOOCs on Talent Management and received various accolades, including the Best Faculty Award. Additionally, she drafted, developed, and administered the Teachers Attribute Assessment Inventory (TAAI), a psychometric test that is copyright registered.
