She holds a Ph.D. in Korean Language and Literature from Yonsei. Han has been involved in various leadership roles at the Institute of Language Research and Education and is the lead author of several key textbooks, including *Yonsei Korean in 3 Weeks* series. Her research focuses on pragmatic errors in Korean language learning, cultural education, and online education. She is a board member of major Korean education societies and serves as vice president of the Korean Society of Bilingualism.
