Cristina Santandreu Mascarell serves as Professor in the Department of Business Organization at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), where she has advanced from Associate Professor since 2005 to her current role. After completing her PhD in Business Organization, she has established herself as an expert in business innovation and educational methodology. Her teaching spans multiple disciplines including economics, entrepreneurship, business management, and transmedia communication across four degree programs. As Academic Director of the Master's Degree in Transmedia Communication and member of the IGIC research group at the Polytechnic School of Gandía, she contributes to both educational and business innovation. Her research focuses on teaching innovation, business innovation, and Lean Healthcare, with numerous publications and conference presentations in these areas. Through her leadership of the PIME 2012-2013 project and active participation in university committees, she continues to advance both theoretical understanding and practical applications in business organization and education.
